- Evidence check. We look at what published research says about the underlying technology and clearly separate independent evidence from company-reported figures.
- Comparison. We compare each product with its main alternatives on method, ease of use, app features, price and support.
- Safety. We highlight who should not use a product and when to talk to a doctor.
- Updates. We revisit reviews when prices, programs or policies change and show the update date on every article.
